The HOA is typically $340 per month. The amenities include a private golf course, clubhouse, dining, walking, jogging golf cart trails, fitness center, tennis courts, and a pool. It also consists of a gated and guarded security detail.

Southern Charm

When people wave at you, don’t be rude, and don’t wave back. If you drive by, people will wave at you. They’ll think you’re from the South. If you don’t wave, you’re rude and from New York or California, so don’t do that.

Private Golf Course

One of the great things about the Governor’s Club is that it’s right on the golf course. Lots of people here own golf carts. They enjoy quite a bit of time on the course. Some of the homes are directly on the course. You can go right off the backyard to golf.

Centralized Location

The location is very centralized to Brentwood, Franklin, and Nashville. As far as convenience, beauty, and recreation go, it’s a perfect choice.

The Ugly

One negative is that the Governor’s Club is near Concord, which is a busy road. However, many of the lots here block the traffic sound because of the lot’s situation and the trees. It has very mature landscaping throughout, which is an effective sound barrier.

Even though Concord is a congested road area, it’s not as crowded on the East side of the 65, where the Governors Club is located. Traffic congestion is typically where the shopping is located on the West side. If you’re concerned about getting stuck in traffic, it’s not too bad on the East Concord side.

Outdoor Fun

If you like golf or want to meet new people, this is a perfect place to live. There are lots of outdoor activities where you can enjoy the nice weather. You’re getting lots of oxygen, fresh air, and fun outdoors, a great break from a busy work schedule.

Top Amenities
