The White House released a Trump letter to Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell.
“Dear Jerome,
You are, as usual, ‘Too Late.’
You have cost the USA a Fortune – and continue to do so.
You should lower the rate — By A Lot!
Hundreds of billions of dollars are being lost!

Hopefully, we will see mortgage rates lowered as the Federal Reserve communicated in the last quarter of 2024 in their forecast for the first quarter of 2025.
